Just because a woman
Cannot be free
She must stay strong
Happiness is the key
Love should be focused on me
Keeping it young and fresh
Happiness is the best
Taking a dangerous chance
Pull the boy out to dance.

Just because a woman
Cannot be free
She must stay strong
Happiness is the key
Love should be focused on me
Keeping it young and fresh
Happiness is the best
Taking a dangerous chance
Pull the boy out to dance.
My heart and hopes give to you.
I am now strong and happy.
If ever broken-hearted, I shall be miserable.
Spirits smashed, almost
Impossible to fix.
A woman’s heart
Might have hope
Grave friends crying
Looking broken-hearted
Miserable
Better spirits seem almost impossible
Man will save no one
My dear girl alone, ashamed
Strangers shocked.
A woman’s heart
A free man
Hope, duty
Strong and very grave
Happy, friend
Crying
Poor fellow whose
Honesty lead to
Broken-heartedness
A moment, miserable
Spirit, American
So young and so fresh
Impossible
Sympathize with
Dangerous cowards
Save us from fears
Stories
Alone, shame
Slang. Strangers with
Exquisite manners
Amused and shocked
A woman’s heart,
Free, might have hope.
I felt very strong
Hoping I would be happy,
All nice,
All happy
Knowing honestly I look broken-hearted
Passing of life
So miserable, though so happy
Better spirits
Young, fresh, impossible adventures.
Cowards will save our stories
Ashamed strangers found no one shocked
A gentle view and a delicate breeze
Destroyed by a dreadful clatter
Some wish for salvation or resurrection
A change for a stronger life.
In fury bells tremble
A fright drifts and all is cleared
Change is strong
The nicest things seem clear.
A gentle view and a delicate breeze
Destroyed by a dreadful clatter
Some wish for salvation or resurrection
A change for a stronger life.
In fury bells tremble
A fright drifts and all is cleared
Change is strong
The nicest things seem clear.
Sweeter off I tell you
This lovely memory
Scattered with lights and beauty
I wonder what satisfies people
Full views of harbor
Fill of romantic beauty
May not harm people
Simply sacred
Rumors and hate surround me
But I’m sure of myself
I might have to snatch my words before
They are released.
The clown’s stupidity humors me.
Recently I quickly disregarded ignorance.
For a moment, I have a voice
And they admitted it.
Inspired by page seventy-four of Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451
The screaming voice I hear so loud
With my mind so blocked off
Like a crime scene with tape
I wish for solace
I wish for love
But the darkness is too dark
And my cry for help is ignored
My eyes filled with tears
With an empty soul so alone
The numbness just gets more numb
And I only become more lost
I turned to God
I turned to the bible
Wishing this feeling would vanish,
Slowly and lonely I wait for help
As the fear just becomes greater
I don’t understand why the innocence is lost
It’s too late and I can’t turn back
All I want is my happiness back
But it’s all gone
Life just goes on
And times ticks away …

The world works hard and we play.
Do you know why?
I don’t. That’s sure.
Hold on.
He shut his eyes.
I haven’t done anything.
No one said you did.
